HELP!!! sust injection

Well i had my first sustanon injection on Monday. The pain of the needle going in was not as bad as i thought it'd be, in fact it didn't hurt at all. I used green pins. But literally an hour later i couldn't move my leg properly. Its coming back to normal but people are wondering why it looks like i've developed a peg leg. Any tips on minimising pain from sust as i have my next shot tomorrow and i don't fancy hobbling for two day after that.

Incidentally i knew sust hurt the next day but i'm having trouble putting weight on my leg. Anybody any ideas or suggesstions other than buying myself a wheelchair?

warm up the oil first use a heating pad on inj site and rub site for 5-10 min after inj i never have pain with sust

Give the sus a hot water bath for about 2-3 minutes, it helped me a great deal.

Quad shots suck..............Use 5/8 27 gauge in the delt.........

Incidentally i did warm up the oil and massaged the site area, i was thinking is a green pin maybe too long for quad injections or perhaps i hit a nerve. Do you think a glute injection would be better? (problem there being i'm injecting myself so its gonna be tricky to aspirate ect on my own)

I have always shot myself. And doing it in the ass is not that bad. I can not take sust anywhere else (puts that bodypart out of comish). I am currently shooting it 2x per week. I'm lefty so when I go for the right cheek it is a little tricky asperating - but after a couple of times it's not so bad. I heat the sust, heat the ass and it still leaves a big 'ole lump but at least I'm functional. Good Luck

Go buy a cheap hand massager, rub the injection site for 10 mins or so.This has all but eliminated sust. pain for me.Also I try to mix a little cyp or eq with the shot.Try the massager though it works well!
