Help!! Soft Muscles

Hey everyone,
I was hoping someone could give me some input. I'm currently 5 weeks into my cycle of 800mg test cyp/ 400mg phenylpropionate per week. At four weeks in I started 50 units of IGF LR3 after every workout, spot injected directly into the muscles worked. I'm backloading vitamin b12 with my IGF shots and have mainly been concentrating on chest, biceps, triceps. My problem is up until yesterday my arms (bis, tris) have always been very hard, but today my triceps (especially the outer head) feels soft and mushy no matter how pumped I get or how hard I flex. I carry a low bf percentage so it's not that I've gained fat. Could it be water retention?? Does it happen that fast?? If anyone knows what could be causing this please let me know, it's driving me nuts. Thanks in advance. Rick

i don't even know what to say, this question makes the user look way too inexperienced to be touching slin and that much test

i'm sorry rick, i don't know what to suggest

maybe more info, pics, past cycle history, what you have on hand to combat excess estrogen production, diet, you know, stuff like that.

You're right! Usually when I start to retain water I see it coming for a few days, and its usually thru out my whole body, especially the face. But this is just localized, not painful.....but a pain in the ass! I control my water ret, by controling my sodium.

you can still retain plenty of water with low sodium

that's a lot of test, i only retain water in my lower sides as opposed to face or other parts

a few doses of aromasin takes care of that...so yes an anti-E might work

Some history, I've been training for approximately 9 years. This is my third year using AAS. I've done exactly 3 cycles per year of 12 weeks each. I'm not prone to estrogen gyno, but I am extremely prone to progestrone gyno, so nolvadex does not work well for me. I begin using HCG before the end of my cycle and finish off PCT with Clomid or Arimidex depending on what compound I'm using that cycle. The first 2 cycles every year are strictly Deca (300mg) and Test Cyp (500mg). I bridge the second last cycle and the last cycle of the year with 25 mg of Anavar per day and Clenbuterol. The last cycle consists of Test Propionate 450-550 mg per week and Equipoise.

This year I started the year with DNP for 21 days (for more info check an earlier thread) and now and on a strict bulking cycle because I'm intending to do my first show in November, and would like to finish this cycle in time for dieting, and also for my system to be clear. The other reason I'm using such a high dose of test this time is, to see if it has any impact on the new muscle cells i'm supposedly creating while using IGF Lr3. I've read that it causes the new muscle cells to mature more rapidly.

As for my diet, I am consuming approximately 4500 calories per day. It consists of mostly lean red meat, ground beef, oatmeal before workout, natural peanut butter, brown rice, cottage cheese, waxy maize after workout, and protien shakes thru out the day. Hope this helps.

I was thinking that but, I didn't inject there for a few days, and I'm sorry for such a weird question, but I'm so confused. I don't usually have these weird reactions. I know what injection pain feels like, I know what swelling usually feels like, this is just weird. I began to think of muscle necrosis, but the site isn't painful, and isn't discoloured, plus the acetic acid in the IGF is diluted enough with the B12. I just don't know what to think. It's not serious or anything, it just bugs me and I want it gone. LOL I'm being a bitch.

no i understand

sometimes quad shots leave the outer head of the muscle looking soft, but it goes away

try not to inject that muscle for a week or so

Are you like 400 lbs or smthg? :rolleyes:

It seems like no one reads past the first post! If you guys would read on you'd see that I'm not a novice, and I have reasons for what I do. All my muscles aren't soft, just my outer tricep head. Please don't mistake my lack of posts for a lack of experience or knowledge. I'm experienced and knowledgeable in all that I do. I do a tremendous amount of research about any compound that I plan to use, and keep very detailed logs about the effects it has on my body, including weight, bf%, cholesterol, mood, libido,gains, strength and any and all side effects (which is very little) and the duration. I appreciate any advice, but comments such as " too much test=soft muscles" doesn't help me, especially when it's evident that you didn't read all the posts. Rick
