Help Shoulder development!?

I am a male 20 yrs old and was wondering which exercise would be more benificial for mass clean and press, db press, military presses ? thanks
 
Rotate your workouts, do presses with dumbells one workout, another do military press behind your neck, and do them in front of your head. Changing it up will allow you to hit different areas of the muscle. I like to do 2 sets in front of the head and two behind the neck. I also been doing drop sets and seeing more development in my shoulders. Just always change up your exercises and try some drop sets. Best of luck.

i would go with the military presses front, and dumbell presses go heavy as you can 4-8 rep range. i would stay away from behind neck presses even though some like it, try and see for your self. lateral raises work great for me but you gotta go heavy with good form.
 
I agree with mikelong23 about the behind the neck part. I was told by a Orthopedic Surgeon that was into weight lifting to stay away from any behind the neck movements. Presses and pulldowns. It's not a natural movement. You might get away with it for a few years but it will eventually give you shoulder problems. I know, that's what did it to me.
