HELP semen while urinating

OK,

Well, I ended a cycle of fina/var back in July of 2002. Also around that time I had unprotected sex.

Anyway, shortly thereafter both I started discharging what looks like semen while urinating. Not during full stream usually, just at the end. ALot more frequently if I push like I had to also take a #2.

Anyway, I have been to the doc 3 times and have run 3 different cycles of Antibiotics including 5 different types for anywhere from 10-21 day. Oral and injectable. Also no discharge at any other time only after urination.

So basically I dont think it was an STD, just so happened I had unprotected sex before it started happening. And I hear the girl is clean. Anyway, I am going to a urologist tomorrow and wanted to know if i should bring up the cycle I ran. Could this be causing my problem. i am starting to think it is something with my prostate. I have had a few rectal prostate exam since and they were normal.

I have read a few posts were there were prostate problems especially with fina. I am to the point now where I can pretty much make semen come out at the end of each urination just by pushing a little. Also I have to piss alot more often.

Could the gear have caused this???????

I don't know but I would wait to say anything - if it is something else (good chance) than you don't want to be blabbering about your gear use for nothing... I would see what happens and if they cannot come up with anyhting, than mention it maybe. Regardless though I would think they would be able to diagnose the problem whether they know about your gear usage or not..

I'll disagree with Frack on this one. You need to be straight with your specialist IMO. Don't fuck around with any sort of discharge. If you're not straight, they can't do their job properly.

If he says it is likely to be the cycle ask him why.....demand an explanation rather than him saying 'yeah it's probably the cycle'

theres confidentaily agreement between u and your doc. he cannot give out info with out your consent. Ie he cant tell the cops u take steroids.

my take on it is that ur prostate is out of whack and it is producing extra fluid (not sperm). just the extra stuff.

but definitly tell the doc all and hopfully everything will work out.

On a serious note.. this condition has been well documented occuring in some people who ride the bicycle. Especially if you slouch forward like you are reading a magazine or propping yourself up by the elbows. it shifts the pelvis axis and applies a small pressure in the prostate region which will often cause a small leak, to be expelled later.

Did you ride the bike for cardio during cycle?

You better go to a doctor, come clean and some tests done. And I don't see why it couldn't be an STD just even if you heard the girl was clean. That's kinda sad someone would say that in this day and age.

on another note, a doctor can give all the info to the cops he wants about a crime--it is just unethical to divulge medical records. however, it is not illegal to have used gear, it's just illegal to be caught currently using/possessing gear.

I would say take the test first to find out, if it's an STD it's irrelevant in all likelyhood that he's done a cycle.

It COULD affect his insurance depending on if the doc decides to make a note of it... at least that's how I understand it anyway.

Well I went to the doc this morning and have to go back in this afternoon for a cystoscopy. Basically they are putting a camera probe up my urethra. He says after 3 rounds of antibiotics he seriously doubts there is any chance it is an STD.

I also had serious back pains start around the same time as the other symptoms. I also told him about this. I know alot of urinary/prostate problems cause lower back pain. Mine has been constant for 5 months now. He said said well lets see what we find out later today.

I've had a couple of those probes into my penis hole. I had some surgery a few years back to cut some skin in my pipe that was starting to block my urine flow.

What's not pleasent, also if it's your first time, you could bleed all over!

After the not so pleasant test, all is well. No infection, No anything.

He did say that it could be a build up of semen, from not enough ejaculation.

IF you don't ejaculate on a regular basis your body has to do something with the semen so it comes out in the urine.
