Take a higher dose of deca for sure, and take winny ed.

10 week cycle.
week 1-8.Test E 400mg split 2x week.
week 1-8.Deca 400mg 1x week.
week 6-10. Winstrol Depot 50mg ED (Drink It)
You'll love this.

This will work... Ends up ending at end of week 10, hence the name: 10 week cycle.

PS Test E will cause water retention but you can reduce that with Sust or Avoid it with prop, prop inj are ed or eod...

No need to inject winny when you can take it orally.

Deca at 200mg is a joke. Anyone who's done it before can tell you that 600mg is way better than 200mg.

I disagree about the deca for a first timer,it is a waste,I would bump up the test before doing 400mg of deca but thats me.
Drinking the winny now passes it through the gut and liver first so I don't think 50 would be enough.I've heard the debate on it every where and I think injecting it is the way to go.
Why would you stop the test after 8 weeks.

Only that you have to take alot more of the oral to get the same effect as the injectable.

ok soo what would you all recommend i do if im doing a 8-10 week cycle perferablly 8 and i dont want to do anything thats going to give me aches and pains and i need some good dosages and how often would i have to inject or take the orals and what should my calorie intake be
