This was my first injection and I shot down lower than what i was hoping for is it okay. You know where you measure off and cut your ass into quarters, i shot on the line running laterally. Am i okay

You're fine, the reason you don't shoot low is because there's the sciatic(sp?) nerve that runs through the lower section...

So, if you didn't hit it, you're fine...

You'll be fine just remember to aspirate, it only takes a second and is well worth the time. Try a quad inject, you can do it sitting down and get all comfortable plus you can see wtf you're doing too. Just a suggestion.

If you injected to low and hit the big S nerve you would know it, your find.

what if you did shoot an air bubble into the muscle?

An air bubble into muscle or even a vein won't hurt you at all.

You would have to shoot an entire 3cc syringe full of nothing but air in order to cause major problems.

Small airbubbles aren't dangerous, they're just uncomfortable.

As far as your injection spot, if you had hit a nerve, you would KNOW it. You are good to go.
