Help please

Hello Guys, just looking for some advice please on my first cycle. I would like to put on some good size.

Wanted to try a test E only cycle to begin with for 10 weeks, 250mg per week and I was looking to inject only once a week, for pct I was thinking Clomid but not sure when to take or how much?

My stats are:
Age: 30
Height: 5ft 7
Weight: 79kg
Bf: 14%

I have been training since I was 20 and I currently workout 4-5 times per week.

Any tips on my diet would also be appreciated. I train first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

My training/diet is:

Wake: 5.45am
Train 6:45 - 7.30am
Post workout: 200ml semi-skimmed milk

9am: 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites omlette or bowl of porridge

11am: 2 spoonfulls of peanut butter and 300ml of semi-skimmed milk

1.30-2pm: can of tuna & salad or 2 chicken breasts and salad

3.30-4pm: 2 spoonfulls of peanut butter and 300ml of semi-skimmed milk

7pm: 2 chicken breasts/salmon, 1 sweet potatoe and mixed veg

9pm: 100g cottage cheese and handful of grapes
 
post your diet in the diet forum for review and state what you are trying to accomplish with it...

you should run your test for 12 weeks as opposed to 10 weeks and inject every monday and thursday... 250 is fine to start with... you should make sure that you have an AI on hand as well... aromasin would be great... for pct run clomid 25/25/25/25, the unleashed/post cycle combo and forma stanzol... you may also want to add some daa powerchews to that as well...
