Hey guys,

I'm cutting my 15 weeks Test, 14 weeks E Q cycle short since I hurt my back and can't train. I'm rolling into post cycle therapy next week.

I have a small lump under my left nip so I want to do P C T and get rid of my lump at the same time. Do you think this would work?

5 days after last test shot:
1,000 IUs H C G - 3x/wk in combination with 0.5mg Letrozole ED and 50 mgs Clomid ED for the first 3 weeks.
After, discontinue H C G and continue with 50 mgs Clomid ED for an additional 3 weeks.

too much hcg bro, never shoot more than 500ius at one time as it may increase gyno symptoms. no need for the clomid untill 2 weeks after last shot of test, 50mg ED is perfect.

My doctor prescribed HCG is ran at 1000iu EOD for a total of 10,000iu.
Its a HRT doctor.

i have heard of it being run this way. as we know h c g can increase estro in some if using too much in one hit. and seeing he has a sensitive nip already i wouldnt recomend him using 1000iu in one hit. my opnion is less is better with any drug as long as its still working..

The first time I used it I shot the whole 5000 iu at once... lol... 2500 in each cheek. I'm NOT saying it's the best way but over 500 iu's at once has been done before by many.

Your point about the gyno makes sense tho. How about 500 iu's EOD until the entire 10000 iu's are done?

The plan was

Week 1-14, 375 mg Equipoise / week

What I did was 1-11 Enth, 1-10 E Q. Week 11 (this week) I F'ed my back up bad and now I can't even walk... AND I have this god damn lump to deal with. I feel like a bag of smashed assholes.

The last time I got back on my feet FAST by doing cortisone trigger point injections, anti compression table, ciro adjustments, and REST<<<
Man I feel for anyone that has back problems.

I'm glad you boys liked the bag of smashed a-holes line... lol... that's all I could think of to describe the way I'm feeling. Last week I was deadlifting 445 lbs. (at 200 lbs. body weight) and this week I can't even tie my own shoes!

Where is that crazy m f needto? He said he was going to help.

how about 250iu's hcg oed for 3 weeks.keep the hcg dose low and spread it out and deal with the gyno..during the 3 weeks run the letro .5mg ed after first week if the lump is still there then up the letro 1mg ed.running the hcg at a lower dose will help from aggravating the gyno any more.then run the clomid 50mg ed for 3 weeks after that....if you get a rebound then clomid just ant going to cut it give me a shout if that happens.

nope.I would really like to see you get some aromasin it works much better to transition into after letro to prevent a rebound...or even dermacrin sustain to go with the clomid but hay you may not rebound at all most people dont but some do so there is a chance and it would be good to have it.

This lump is so tiny that I almost thought it was already gone a couple of times. The doctor checked it and acted like it was no big deal.

I imagine (hope) once I stop injecting test and continue Letro and start the low dose HCG, the lump will be gone in no time.

Once it's gone I could take 20mg Nolva ED with the 50mg Clomid to prevent rebound, could I not?

.5mg of letro isn't going to do shit to get rid of gyno. It will only keep it from getting worse in my opinion.

1.25 ED min to get rid of gyno. Some people take 2.5mg ED but ur sex drive will be non-existent.

I went to hard for too long. Now that I look back at my training notes I did something that involved low back 5 days in a row. That is normal for me but I guess my body needed rest and I didn't give it... so it gave out.

I compete in a strogman type competition and I was doing lots of training for that... lifting akward objects, running with weights in your hands, etc.

So leading up to my injury here is what I did:

Day 1
For time complete the following:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 x body weight (315 lbs. for me)
Bench Press: 1 x body weight (205 lbs. for me)
Clean: 3/4 x body weight (155 lbs. for me)

So that works out to be 55 reps of 315 lb. deadlift. That workout takes about 30 mins to complete.

Day 2
Front squats
135 lbs. x 20
135 lbs. x 15
185 lbs. x 5
185 lbs. x 5
185 lbs. x 5
185 lbs. x 5
185 lbs. x 5
205 lbs. x 3
205 lbs. x 3
205 lbs. x 3
225 lbs. x 1
225 lbs. x 1
225 lbs. x 1

Day 3
135 lb. Clean and Jerk, 30 reps for time (done in under 5 mins)

Day 4
Strong man type workout... grueling, painful stuff... car pushes, tire flips, etc.

Day 5
Strong man type workout... This is when I hurt my back lifting an akward object. It was only 200 lbs. and I can DL over 400 but I was just tired and my technique must have been off.

I agree... I'm doing half the dropper... so approx. 1.25mg... I think it's working!!
