Howdy all, first time posting a thread & hope I can get some help. I have been lifting off and on since I was in Uncle Sams canoe club, but have been 3-5 days a week for the last 16 months. I have made some small gains,(50 - 60 on my flat bench & 120 - 150 on my squats), but am not happy with them. I am currently taking andro by pinnacle the "poppers" and 5-10 g of creatine before going to the gym and the animal pack after the gym with food. I have hit wall after wall on my bench recently and just am not happy with my strength, so-so with the size and still have an inch to pinch. Can I get some ideas on stacking, what and when? :mad: Thanks...
 
Hey whats up bro. Welcome to the board.

First of all I want to recommend a good protein supplement, and add 2-3 shakes of that to your diet.

Secondly I want to encourage you to read around the board, do a search and then post back and we'll work from there.

You can search on injectable testosterone, dianabol, deca or eq. Those would be good steroids to start with but keep in mind that gear should only be used after you have gained some good experience both nutritionally and in the gym which can only be accomplished through time.

"Test is Best" and also how old are you. I wouldn't take andro poppers if I were you those things reslly screwed me up about a year ago before I descideed to become informed on AS. Your gains are very good bro nothing to be ashamed about. Do some reasearch and find out what your goals are. Do you want to get shreded or huge?

Hit the wall after 16 months huh? You need to learn how to train and how to eat. Once you get those down, you might look into gear...

I'm 31 y/o and my goal is simple, when I walk down the street I want the guys to say " holy shit! look at that dudes guns!", and I want the chicks to say "Hmmm..nice!" But for real, I want to get huge and then shred. Thanks for the response jowers! Later..

Thanks IB, good to be in such good company. I forgot to mention the protein, I take 1 shake, after the gym, of whey isolate. I'll take your advice and look arround, thanks.
