Howdy all, first time posting a thread & hope I can get some help. I have been lifting off and on since I was in Uncle Sams canoe club, but have been 3-5 days a week for the last 16 months. I have made some small gains,(50 - 60 on my flat bench & 120 - 150 on my squats), but am not happy with them. I am currently taking andro by pinnacle the "poppers" and 5-10 g of creatine before going to the gym and the animal pack after the gym with food. I have hit wall after wall on my bench recently and just am not happy with my strength, so-so with the size and still have an inch to pinch. Can I get some ideas on stacking, what and when?
