I know what foods are good to eat but I don't know when to eat them, how much to eat, what are the best foods, etc. Can anyone help me out with my situation (discussed below) or point me to a website?
I'm 5'7" 180 lbs about 12-15% body fat. I'll be doing the following cycle-
EQ 400mg/week
Deca 200mg/week
Winny 50mg/ed
Prop/Suspension 200mg/week
Nolvadex
Clomid
ALA 1200mg/day
Ginger Root 1g/day
Cranberry extract
I workout first thing in the morning weight training M, T, Th, F.
I box the heavy bag 2x per week on Wed and Sun.
I need to know a basic diet for my routine, especially since I've read so much about when and when not to eat carbs while taking ALA. What type of carbs and what foods they're in, when to eat proteins and how much, when to what type of carbs and how much to eat, etc.
Please help.
