I am a newbie here, just to let you know. Kind of a weird question, but my neck is sort of not straight, after my full body workout which i do 1-2 per week, my neck is straight and normal but maybe an hour after that it's back to i think you can say lousy position I AM NOT sure.. Sorry if im not making sense but is their any exercise that will help me thanks :)

sounds weird and all but have you seen a doctor, from what you are saying it is hard to just come out and say do this or do that. A doctor would be able to give u a better idea how to attack ya crooked neck............

I did once a lONG TIME AGO when i was about 11 - 12. He was a newbie doctor.. he told me that i was tall and i just tend to look down at people therefore my neck is crooked lol weird guy..

I suppose a pic would help but, how tall are you? The doc's explanation probably wasn't the best but I think it holds some water. I have somewhat poor posture and I think it has something to do with the fact that I'm taller than average (6'4").

probably a posture issue. slumped shoulders, head leaning forward and down, etc. Sounds like you need to practice correcting your posture. What kind of exercises are you doing? Tell us about your routine.

The thing is I don't have a routine but just to let you guys know im 17 and i think you guys are right i just have to try and correct my posture even though i had it before i got gyno which is one of the reasons it has increased In my opinion. I workout 1-2 times a week full body. I do shoulder exercises, biceps, abs and thats about it.

Unless your neck is seriously jacked up (which is why I axed for a picture), it is probably something that can be corrected by practicing good posture as ceo said. It's something I struggle with, personally. When I'm practicing good posture, I feel like I'm towering over people as opposed to being only a few inches taller than them. It's a mental thing for me.
