I am a newbie here, just to let you know. Kind of a weird question, but my neck is sort of not straight, after my full body workout which i do 1-2 per week, my neck is straight and normal but maybe an hour after that it's back to i think you can say lousy position I AM NOT sure.. Sorry if im not making sense but is their any exercise that will help me thanks
