help on the assistance exercises on starr's 5x5

my collarbone has been fucked up for years - it's impossible for me to do dips let alone weighted dips. what can i substitute it with? i was thinking weighted pullups. i also have shin splits in my forearms from curling too heavy weight on barbell curls over the years so i can't do them either. im 22 and i feel like im 52 sometimes.
