Help on Saizen GH-Mixing questions

I have bee using serostim GH and know how to do the procedures on it but a friend of mine just picked up som Saizen GH which came in a 5mg bottle of powder(equals 15mg of gh) and a 10 mg bottle of water. If I mix the whole bottles together and am using insulin needles, what number would I fill the insulin needle to get 4 iu of growth in each shot? Or should I just take a certain amount of water out of the water bottle and add to the powder botlle like you would do with serostim (like 9iu of water into the 15iu of growth and do three 5iu shots) ?
