help on PCT

I have one bottle of Novarel and one bottle of Tamoxifen Citrate need to know doses for PCT. I'll be running test cyp for 10 weeks at 500mg and Eq 200-400mg for 10 weeks I have read that Nov should start at week 12-15 with 40mg a week. So when should I use the Tamo Cit and at what doses. This is my first cycle. thanks guys

10 weeks is too short for eq. 12 -16 is best. chcek the stickies in the PCT forum. It contains everything you need to knwo to set up proper PCT (its easier than re-writing it here)

^^^Definetely what bilter said. I'm doing a lot of reading on pct and I always end up refering back to the pct forum for comparisons. Once you get a pct plan together post that and your cycle and stats in your own thread and get some feedback from the vets here. Just keep the post simple and to the point.
