Help on first cycle, please help me!

I just have finished my winny, doing 50 mg eod. for 5 weeks. I just wanted to harden up a little bit. I just ordered test prop, it will be here next week. I am not sure weather I should do 400 or 500 mg a week. Also, I was thinking of running it with EQ. Right now I have no idea what my body fat percentage is, but to describe myself I am definatly not fat, sort of built, but do have a little beer gut (not from beer just wut it looks like). I'm 5'11 185 pounds. I want to gain around 20 pounds, and look atleast a little ripped (if possible lose the gut). Any suggestions as to what to run with the test prop? I know I'm not on a cutting cycle if I want to gain weight, but I just want to be hard and look good for the summer. Please help me out bro's. Thanks.
 
Also, this is my first cycle. I just finished the winny about two days ago, so including the winny it will be my first. I also plan to eat very very clean diet.
 
If I were you I would get some clomid and take off at least 5 weeks. Give your receptors a break an then run test prop at 100 mg every other day. If you want to run EQ do 350-400 mg for at least 10 weeks.
This is your first cycle , take a break and start fresh.
By the way you decribe yourself, theres no way you would look hard by gaining another 20 lbs.
How long have you been training?
 
Been trainin for like 5 years. Been training serious for around two. Was real small, always ate big, once I started lifting gained alot of weight (not all muscle). I am not wut soever fat, just have lil love handles, and I wouldn't really say a gut but I have no abs wut so ever, unless I flex 'em then u can see them a little bit. I dont really want to take the 5 weeks off because I want to do this and get my weight up by atleast the end of july. I dont expect to look ripped ripped, I just dont want to look like one of those guys who look kind of big but kind of sloppy. I want to have a nice look. bump for replies!
