I had a mild heart attack at the age of 19.
I dont think what you had was a heart attack at all.
Did your left arm go numb?
No intense chest pain?
Did you get sick to your stomach?
Do you have any history of heart problems?
What are you taking?
You bp could have shot up to high.
Could have also been a heart palpatration.
Get some test done on your heart asap. Nothing to fuck around with getting advise from us.

Perhaps going to a hospital and getting advice from an actual medical physician would be a good idea. Just a thought.

Bump to that. Can't be too safe with this. You may have more serious things to contend to that could make the next one fatal.
Don't be a fool. Go to the ER.
