The major lifts that i do are: flat, incline, and decline bench 3 x 8,6,4 , deadlifts, squats, military press (heavy), standing barbell curls (till failure) , weighted pull ups, chest and back flys, incline curls (till failure), nose breakers, donkey press, weighted dips, shrugs (till failure).....that isnt all of the things i do. Of course i don't do these in the same day, but those are some of the few things that i do. I rest 60 sec. between each set, and keep close watch on that with my watch. I lift chest on mon., bi's and back on tues., tri's and shoulders on wend., quads, hams, calves on thurs., fri. i work parts of upper body tha aren't sore. Friday is kind of my make up day of lifts that i don't think i got all i could get out of them earlier in the week. I rest on sat. and sun. I want to start lifting twice a day, but i have never done that before and don't know really the do's and don'ts of that. So there are some answers to your questions silent method.
