Bros,

Ive been out of the game for 6yrs now. I started a family with 3 kids and things are just now settling down so that I can get back in gym. My question to you bros is should I hit the gym a bit before I get on a cycle or go ball out and cycle from day 1?

You should hit the gym and re-build a foundation before venturing back into steroids. You will get way more out of your steroid cycle that way.

You will make fantastic gains your first few months of training just from muscle memory and 'noobie' gains. Capitalize on those. Once your natural gains start to slow, that is when you want to start the cycle.

Here is a good article for you to read on getting back into the gym after a lay off: https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/bodybuilding-blog/2015/02/24/getting-back-gym-lay/

I would spend at least a good solid 6 months without gear before even considering it. Also, have no idea how advanced you were before you had to quit cold

I would train for quite some time naturally first before cycling. You want to add that base back first and then be able to build on top of that. If you jump on gear right away you will really just get to where you get to naturally anyways.

You should definitely hit the gym for some time, and get well conditioned before using any AAS. Besides, in the beginning you will already get great and fast results thanks to muscle memory.

Then, once you get in a rather good shape, you can consider using steroids. Also, it would be a good idea to start off with SARMS, since they are milder and there are no side effects with them. This would allow your body to get back into combat in a gradual and healthier manner.
