Help! Need your educated opinion on my fitness studio!

I am opening a fitness studio called . What we would like to do is rent out blocks of time (paid by the hour) to both aerobics instructors and personal trainers. Instructors pay $50/hr while p-trainers pay $10/hr and get their own private room with all basic equipment. All insurance is handled by the studio as well as all the administrative tools. That is, we handle all sign ups and transactions. So their clients actually pay us and we in turn pay the trainers minus the hourly rate. Clients can even come in off the street and sign up with any of the available trainers who may have empty time slots in which case YourSpace is given a small commission. Trainers/Instructors will make extra commission if they bring in clients and that client takes a different class or trains with a different trainer.

Does this sound like something that would interest you as a trainer or aerobics instructor? Rate Your level of interest from 1 to 10. 10 being the most interested!

Thanks! Im conducting this poll as part of a business plan.

as a group fitness instructor, that is not something I would be interested in. It's possible that if teaching classes was my primary focus and not secondary to my career, then I would have the time to build myself as a brand, and would feel confident renting space, etc - but for me right now it's easier letting the gym do that for me. Hope it works out well for you though :)
