Help!!! Need to lose some weight!

I cant seem to stop eating so much food I constantly consume as long as I am awake. Now I am gaining some weight and not the muscle kind is their any supplements out their that will help me curve my appetite along with my own will power?? I am also going to need a good cutting supplemt as well after I get the appetite controlled. I have tried green tea and coffee but they dont seem to help much. I was also thinking about trying hoodia but wasnt sure how well it works. So if you can throw your two cents in and give me some ideas I would be very happy!!! Thanks everyone.

Stop eating! If you keep junk food in the house, you'll eat it. I don't keep it in the house, so I'm not tempted. Diet is the whole key. I don't take fat burners or appetite suppressors, so I can't help you there. Good luck!
 
Thanks. But my problem isnt junk food I think I am retaining water more than anything. I am going to try a diet consisting of multi vitamin, oatmeal and protein shakes mixed with non-fat milk and a bannana or nosugar added peanut butter. Does this sound like it will kill me or will I be able to keep going? Thanks,

peanut butter is supposed to help but how much do u weigh and how tall are u ? Eat 1 - 1.5 grams protein per lb. of weight. Eat about 15% fat and the rest is will power and u should probly run if u arent oh yeah u dident even say if u are working out and how much u are.
 
I weigh currently 180 was 185 last week but if I dont drink water I start looseing large amounts of wieght along with sprinting and jogging. I work out allday really all day up and down stairs lifting large objects etc.. But then I also come home and work out for 1-2 hours. Oh yes and I am 5'8" Let me know if you think of anything. Thanks
 
I hope you are getting enough water. You should be drinking at least 1 to 1 1/2 gals of water daily. Are you eating alot of carbs late in the day?
 
If I get home before 5pm I will eat carbs like potatoes,salads(all different types of vegitables), and maybe peanut butter. I dont consume a lot of them though I useually bake a potatoe or boil it. With the salad its usually a bowl about 3-4inch deep by 6 inches wide. And peanut butter is usually exactly 2 table spoons or a little more. I drink alot of water but the more I drink seem to make me feel like water and it makes my skin loose especially in the lower ab area. Thanks for the help everyone and the more tips I get the healthier I can get and pass it on to the next student.
