HELP, Need expert advise!! 40 mcg clens???

I just recieved a bunch of clens from a reliable source that I has used many of times with great results..He said they are generic from Bulgaria or Romania. Does anyone have any info on the 40 mcg clen situation. The pills are small round and white(unmarked)

Any imput would be appreciated...I want to know the dosing so I don't have a heart attack or don't get any results. Here's the pic
