Help....need advice to avoid a possible Police bust.

Alright...I am in a situation here. About 2 weeks ago I was driving home from a bar late night and had a pack of "supplements" in my car that I recently picked up. I got pulled over late at night and the car was searched on suspicion of A)open liquor and B)Guns (I considered armed and tempremental due to the friends I have who belong to a notorious "club.") and the goodies were found. Now, I had 20 deca's, 20 sus250's, 300 winstrol, 100 anadrol......I was arrested and charged with posession of controlled substance. I was charged with a class c misdemeanor and have a court date on the 15 of may. The addy for which the goods were delivered was recorded in the police statement but it was in a different town and a MBE at that. About a week ago I got another pack delivered to the addy that I didn't know was coming...I got a track number and it has been sitting there for a week or so. My question is this....Do I go get it? The charge was so minor, class c and possession that nothing was passed on to the d.e.a. or customs....hell, a class c doesn't even constitute jail time...just a fine..this is what a lawyer has told me. I was let go from the station on a I bond and was issued a ticket and that is it. The fucking ticket and posession charge is in the same court room. My I-bond was for 75 bucks. Nobody from MBE called me to tell me my pack was there or anything. It isn't even any amps but pills.....plus the packaging is great. What should I do? Do you think that they will have a local cop sit there for days and hours on end? Needless to say this is the last time I use the addy. Any help? Thanks!

I say scope the place out, look for anything resembling an unmarked police car, fed or state vehicle & make sure there is nobody inside just hanging out. If it looks safe go inside & if anything looks suspicious just say you are going to close your account if not, get your shit. Like you said if it was taken that lightly, they probably aren't going to fuck with it but, hey, it's your ass, not mine.

Just curious what state you live. NY? You seem a little lucky with a class c misdemeanor. your lucky those cop fuck pigs didnt hit you up with intent to sell. You have to ask yourself is it really worth the hassle. With any charge like that youll have to wait awhile. Your lawyer will have it adjourned multiple times until the DA builds the case. Also it probably will get plea bargained down from a misdemeanor especially if this is your first offense. It wont help if you go and get bagged again for the same offense but then again you can say your an addict and need rehab! but I know you dont wanna get drug tested who does. A very close friend of mine (hehe) was in court recently over some bullshit. And they make you wait in line for this then wait for the DA then the judge and then to have this signed and that signed. I would just pay a cool $1000 to just not wait. Court can make you go crazy with the waiting so if its anything under $1000 worth a gear its NOT worth it cause the lawyer will definetly cost more. If the cops have the adress your spot is blown. You go back there and they catch you they will definetly hit you up with intent and thats a felony and it would definetly be harded to plea bargain the midemeanor. The facts

1. You lose your gear and will most likely have the class c misdemeanor moved to a violation or acod and a fine. no real record. can vote and own a gun if you want.

2. You get your gear they dont catch you and same as 1

3. You go to the mailbox lose your gear. you get hit with a misedemeanor AND a felony and the lawyer will charge you more because they always charge more for a felony.

this is nearly as bad as when my friend got drunk with ip winstrol in his pocket then got arrested...... heh.. nah on second thought, u aint no where close as bad..
