HELP, my shape is horrible

Hey bros, I need some major HELP. I bulked for a while before summer and now am trying to trim down to around 12% bf for summer time. I am 6'2", 220lbs and 15 to 17% bf right now. I am running winny alone for 5 weeks at 50mg ED, and I'm into the 9th day so far. Not really seeing anything but am feeling it. I have lost a little in the waist but I am feeling flabby. I workout very hard and have upped the cardio sessions to 40 mins and 4 times a week now. I eat well.......chicken, protein shakes, lean burgers, and stay away from fast food. I get enough rest every night but I still seem to be flabby and not retaining size. I want to know how you look like Ulter, Boston Strangler, or NuPack.......these dudes are around my size BUT they are massive looking b/c they have that ripped up look but their muscles are tight underneath, like they have a continuous pump all the time. I just feel flabby and can't seem to get my muscles to firm up any. My workouts are 5 times a week and I train pyramid style increasing weight as the sets go up. Let me know what I"m lacking please. I'll even include a pic of myself right now as of today after 9 days on winny for 50 mg ED. Please help......thx for any input.
 
Winny doesn't burn fat in and of itself. It will dry you out but your problem is not so much excess water as excess fat. To loose fat you must eat below your maintenance requirement (what it takes to power your body given your activity level and the amount of LBM you have).

So - Eat less (frequent small meals helps). HIIT (high intensity interval training) for cardio, don't be lollygagging on some bike or treadmill at a constant pace for 45 minutes.
 
I was going your way a few months ago when I decided to do something about it. I've just started to eat a little less and am using lots of green tea and thermogenic tablets. I'm geting a workout in every day whether it's cardio or weights. Looking at your pic I'm sorry to say it but you are probably over 20% BF. The best fat burner for me (and I know because at the time I wasn't trying to burn fat!) is long jogging sessions. Try doing a few 1-2 mile runs in about 10 minute miles to get into it and then do 10k runs (6.2 miles) and aim for about 1 hour. I was training a client who was getting ready for the marathon and he wanted to run with me so I eneded up doing 2-3, 10k runs a week and the fat just flew off of me!

Calories work out like this:

weight 220= 100kg
Distance = 10,000 meters

energy required = 100 x 10,000 = 1,000,000 joules

Body is about 20% efficent at turning stored energy into running energy so:

1,000,000/0.20 = 5 million Joules

there are 4180 joules per calorie so:

5M / 4,180 = 1,196 Calories burned in one hour

well, I used to believe AAS don't burn fat, and generally this is true, yet there is a connection between winstrol/AAS and thermogenesis. there was recently some studies posted on the anabolic board about this. that said the effect is VERY small in the big swing of things.

aas are useful in that you will hold more muscle, and thus burn more calories in that regard. i think that is the connection most people get from AAS and part burning -- not exactly cause and effect.

I agree HIIT is best cardio. I look at it this way. 100meter sprinters are muscluar and ripped to shreads. marathon runners are skinny like 3rd world people.
 
Most people suffer from that, even the Pros. They identify something they are unhappy about and focus on it. Don't be unhappy, your in great shape.
