help my ass hurts

I have strong pain in one side of my butt. The pain is almost the same like when you take sustanon and it goes away in three days. I have pain now for seven days. I finished my last cycle three weeks ago. I have no idea where it came from. Has anyone had that ? Also I heard that bodybuilders get something removed every ones in awhile from their butt I think its called knots or something like that . How does it look and can this be it
Also the pain is inside and its like swollen tight piece and the temperature of that spot is higher that my body else where. Also there is nothing on top that can be seen.

It could be a cyst which is generally a hard fluid filled area that needs to either be drained or removed.....

but since you said the temperature around it was slightly hotter then everywhere else it could possibly be an infection. Is it red around the area?
If thats the case you should probally go see a doctor for antibiotics.

Since it is inflammed it is prob an infection bro. Go to the doc and get some antibiotics.

FYI, The pain and inflammation from my sust shots lasts for about 4-5 days.
