first off, i am 6'2" 300 pounds, i am looking to lose some weight, hopefully around 70 or so. PLease help me with this cutting diet I have worked up so far.

meal #1- 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal #2- mrp
meal #3- can of tuna and 1/2 cup brown rice
meal #4- chicken breast
meal #5- cottage cheese
meal #6- another chicken breast, and rice

also getting soem fats in there throughout the day, typically 3 servings or so of flax, natty pb, or both. workouts are 3x a week listing and cardio 3x a week 30 min a day. any other help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

switch 4 egg whites - to 7egg whites, 1 whole eggs
meal #2- mrp
meal #3- can of tuna and 1/2 cup brown rice
meal #4- chicken breast
add1 large salad w/ 1tbsp. olive oil
meal #5- cottage cheese
60g protein + 1tbsp. flaxseed oil
meal #6- another chicken breast, and rice
drop the rice, add 2 cups steamed veggies and 1extra tbsp. flaxseed oil

before bed: 15g psyllium husk fiber

60g protein + 1tbsp. flaxseed oil

so is that 60g protein added to the cottage cheese?or is it in place of the cottage cheese?

and does this provide enough calories for me? I have this around 2400 or so calories. that doesnt seem hardly enough? Thanks for all your help with this mr.x, you are truly a god send.
