first off, i am 6'2" 300 pounds, i am looking to lose some weight, hopefully around 70 or so. PLease help me with this cutting diet I have worked up so far.
meal #1- 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal #2- mrp
meal #3- can of tuna and 1/2 cup brown rice
meal #4- chicken breast
meal #5- cottage cheese
meal #6- another chicken breast, and rice
also getting soem fats in there throughout the day, typically 3 servings or so of flax, natty pb, or both. workouts are 3x a week listing and cardio 3x a week 30 min a day. any other help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
