Sometimes the pressure of the show 6 1/2 weeks out becomes overwhelming. Feel like shit, have no energy, but do look great. Sometimes there is no place to turn but to folks you may not know but know of what you go through. I will do well June 1st but today i am an emotional wreck with no one to speak to about it. I never quit and again sure its jsut a temporary thing but I am very depressed and down today though heading for the gym. Words of wisdom from folks who know of what I speak would be nice and yes I guess its a cry for help I am man enough to say.
 
Flexed, all I can say is that you're looking awesome. I know it's probably not the best idea to mess with your diet at this point, but eating more carbs with ALA should put you in a better mood. That's the worst part about dieting. Good luck.

I'm sure you look awesome bro....just keep thinking of stepping on stage shredded, the crowd going crazy, and the feeling you get placing top in your class. You'll realize all that hard work and mental stress was worth it. Think of that ever so sweet binge you can go on after the show too. I don't know if I helped but hopefully you feel better.
 
Bro, I think you look awesome.. I wish I knew about more about competing and preparing for shows so I could understand what you are going through... I guess the best you can do is keep your head up and just when you feel like you do now, that's when you step it up and work even harder than before... Then in the coming weeks you will see how pushing yourself that extra step made you look that much better than everyone else on stage, and then you'll know you didn't half ass it and that you gave it your all...

well, i know next to nothing about preparing for a show. i'm sure though you'll do great. fromt he pics i've seen you can get ripped and hard. as long as you keep it up, you'll do great i'm sure. thanks for the help you give people!

Your experienced enough to glide into that show as a champion. You know what you have to do. Your body knows what it has to do. The mind does not always travel with the body. You've meticulously calculated each step from now to the day of the show. It's time to put your body on autopilot. Time for your mind to transcend the physical being.
