help ! meltrodextin !!!

i buy from protein factory and they have no scopp inside.
i usually take 70 cc scoop of meltodextrin from protein shake and mix into my protien shake.

how many grams of carbs has 70 cc scoop of meltrodextin?

Not sure, but if you have a scale (cheap $10 will do), 1g dextrose = 1g carbs.

I measured out 1/3c and 1/2c...1/3c = approx 50g carbs, 1/2c approx 75g carbs.

You know what, I'll weigh one IsoPure protein scoop filled with dextrose real quick......

Ok, one protein scoop of dex weighs approx 47-48g. 1/3c dex weighs approx 55g. 1/2c weighs approx 75g.
