Help me!!!

Age:23 Bf: 13% Weight: 165 pounds
Bro's i have almost 5 months without training, my last cycle was Primobolan/Dbol for 6 weeks i gained 18 pounds,but right now i lost them....fot some reasons bad nutrition,alcohol,too much stress etc...

Im planning to start again but with something to build quickly,i hate to train hard and don`t see results.

I have 250 Thai Dbol`s, 2 bottles of Clenbuterol and 15cc of Deca Durabolin 50mg each one.

Listen i want to gain muscle,but in a decent way....i don't know if i want to use Dianabol again....i prefer to go with something more secure like deca i don't know that's why i need some help here please.

Can i stack Deca with Clenbuterol???? or Deca,Primo and Clen???

Any suggestion will be appreciated!!!

J - I think what peeps are saying is that you haven't trained in 5 months. That would turn anyone to mush, especially if the diet & general health maintenance have gone to shit. You want to gain muscle in a decent way, except the decent way is to get back in the gym, get your diet back in order & let your body adjust to the change from 5 months of unhealthy lifestyle. Just throwing in the magic juice isn't going to get you to where you want to be. It may get you 'big' but changes are your body may just get bloated immediately because it is trying to adjust to the change. Give it a few months in the gym & on a clean diet & then if /when you throw in whatever cycle you choose.

I guess you can't expect to get a straight answer on how to create your next cycle when you just admitted that you let it all go to shit. That's the price of playing with chemical enhancement. Don't abuse it & don't take it for granted. You can't expect to build muscle "decently" without having the diet & training in line first.
 
I am NOT supporting javolic here, but I've gone for months at a time after my cycle ended w/o stepping foot in a gym. Didnt affect my gains at all. In fact, I think the break helped me more than anything.

Maybe so...but if you HAD lost the gains...you'd know what you did wrong. And I'm sure you didn't let your diet go to shit and start drinking heavily.
 
javolic, seriously....get back in the gym and train and eat.

Think of it this way, each time you go "on" you are desensitizing your body to the effects of the agents. You will be essentially wasting the cycle if you hit it now, rather than in one or two months after you get back in the swing of things.

If you want to start sooner rather than later, as you will probably do what you want anyway, I would suggest wait at least three weeks, then start hitting the deca @ 3cc's every 4th day. It will take about three weeks to be fully active, giving you 6 weeks - time to get back into the swing of things while mentally providing you the belief that you're not wasting your time. Then start the Dbol week 4 at 30mg/day. Hold the clen until you're four weeks post cycle.

Well now i understand more clearly.....im gonna hit the gym 5 times a week,training hard for 1 month in a natural way...What kind of supplement can help me to see gain something??? Protein shakers??? creatine???? Animal Pak???? Glutamine????

I want to know more and more about diet and training before hit the gym...i don't want to spend time dudes im from Italy we don't have enough People whom love the gym.

Train hard, eat 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, and try to eat 3500 calories + per day.

If you have ever tried to eat 250 grams of protein, you would know that you must have a protein powder. Creatine is second, glutamine is third.

heres what you need to do:
1)go the trainging board
2)go to diet forum

supps:
whey protein
creatine
a diet high in protein
lots of sleep
no beer
hard fucking work

steroids in 2 years

read...read...read....learn....learn...learn....trial and error!!!!
 
Generally if you make a major change in your diet (i.e. clean it up), plus training after not training for 5 months - takes time for your body to adjust & show the results in a way that you can see (though you'll probably start feeling more energy, etc. sooner) - expect to see some changes around 3 weeks into it. (You'll probably start seeing reduction from water weight in the first week.)
