Hey, I just started an AS cycle last week and im wondering if you guys can help me out with my diet for some bulking, right now every morning i wake up 7 have a shake and a few gronola bars, ( this is the hardest time of the day for me to eat cause im rushed), then at 9:30 i'll usually have 2 cheese sandwiches and a chicken breast or something, at 12 i have 2 chicken breasts 3 - 5 eggs, 1/4 lbs of bacon and some brussel sprouts or some other greens, 2 hours later i'll have a can off tuna or some rice with beef or pasta then i'll have a few friuts,, go train come home have another shake and before bed i'll eat a cup full of 2 % cottage cheese. Through out the day when i get really hungry i'll eat some peanuts bout 2 cups or so and some cottage cheese as a snack.... any advice?
i know my diet isn't perfect,, i just started focusing on it recently,. up till a month ago it was all chips and pizza for me but i gotta get things straightened out so give me some advice please

Well, if you just started an AS cycle, you BETTER get the diet focused quick.

Simple rules: keep the food clean. Eat lots. try a 40% 30% 30% ratio of protein/carbs/fat respectively. Drink a shit ton of water. get at least 9 hours of rest nightly.

it's almost impossible for me to get 9 hours of sleep.. i usually get 7.. i know its bad , but i work 12 hours a day ..then i go work out ... i sleep alot on the weekends..plus i tend to get overtired if i sleep more then 7 hours. I eat ALOT .. i eat like a beast and i eat healthy foods..

Follow his guidelines, he knows what he is talking about. If you're gonna use gear you should have everything else perfect first so you can get the most out of it. It discourages me to see people using gear who don't know how to eat properly. Educate yourself before you start jabbing needles in your ass. That being said, what are your goals. Try to give us a total breakdown of carbs, fats, protein, and total cals. That would help a lot. What training experience do you have. By your post I don't think you have been training very long. Don't take this as a flame. Educate yourself to the best of your ability. Good luck!
