I have a friend who came to me and asked for some help. He has noticed the changes in me and my training partner over the past several months. He's very big and wants to slim down to 300.... yes that's right 300 will be slimming for him. He's 6'3" and hovering around 400 pounds or so right now. Can anyone help me design a diet for him? I have no experience when it comes to guys of that size.... I don't want him to catabloize or cut his calories too low and end up losing a lot of weight to yo yo back and forth. He does eat healthy foods sometimes so he is not avoidant of them and I asked straight up if he was willing to give the fast food and he said he would. Also does anyone know if it would be good for him to drop some weight before he starts in the gym with us? To be frank I am concerned about him exerting himself into aheart attack even though he's only 24.
