Help Me Somebody

I need help. I have been taking Stanobolon for a couple of weeks with very little result. I have actually lost weight with this stuff. I am a little stronger, bench went from 300 to 320, but my weight has dropped from 175 to around 170. I have recently gotten a bottle of test Super 250, i also have another 10ml vial of the Stanobolon. How can I stack the two in a cycle to get the best results. I would like to gain weight to around 190, not lose. I am new to all this if anyone has some advice, I would appreciate it.
 
stats... age (we know your weght), height, lifting experience, diet. etc
we need to know this to deurmine if we can help. winny for a 1st cycle is a poor choice.
 
Thanks for your response bro. I am 5'10", 33 yrs. old, I do not follow any diet, just kinda eat what I want. I played professional baseball for 3 years, so lifting has been a part of my life for about 15 yrs. I have never really lifted heavy, just more of a baseball players routine. I have fairly good genes, have always had good shape, just want to add some weight.

you aren't gaining any weight without a relatively good diet. I can tell you that much.

whats ur protein intake look llike? Do you have a pre and post WO shake/meal?
 
the scales are'nt always an accurate indicator of whats happening-you could have put on 3 or 4 lbs lean muscle but dropped double that it body fat

I try to, I usually have a post workout shake, if not a pre. Usually what the gym has, I think its Tigers Milk. What are some examples of a good diet and protein intake for weight gain? I want what everybody wants to be bigger and ripped at the same time, but I really don't want to lose my shape. Somebody told me that some babe on the beach don't care what you bench press as long as you look good.
 
your close to my age, winny only first cycle to gain weight is not good. do a 12 week test cyp cycle, the last 6 weeks through in some winny. you dont need more than 200 a week of test. but dial in your diet, you should be around 2 grams of protein for every lb. may even want to go higher when you add in winny. you will gain some water weight for sure make sure calries are around 4000, of clean cals. you will put on about 8lbds of muscle and probably drop 2-4% bf, dont worry about scale get your bf done.

Thanks Bro, that was the advice I was looking for. I done the Winny, because it was all that was avaliable to me at the time. I have since found somebody who can get me the Super 250. My body fat is about 6% according to the trainer at the gym, where I work out. The 200 you are refering to is 200mg of the test right ? In the last 6 weeks, how many mg's of Winny should I throw in per week? I have a hundred questions, should I just stop doing the Winny cold, and start the test, or what? Thanks again for the help.

You mean, Muscle Milk? Post up what your diet is now. I'll bet there is alot of answers right there.
