help me set up cycle

I am trying to set up my first cycle, not too heavy . I was planning on doing just test because it seemed to be the best for what i wanted but my source isnt too sure on getting it, he recommened me to do something with deca. What would you guys think, and what should my clomid cycle look like?. I'm 5'11" 165lbs about 4% bf:confused:
 
Well, with your stats and if your really 4% bodyfat, your either quite thin or shredded or both. Hopefully you have been training naturally for at least 2 or 3 years, and your eating a ton of calories. If so, I would go with one of the following: test only, test/deca, or test/Eq. If your not already eating 6-8 meals a day, at least 4000 calories per day with high protein then you need to start there. The gear will be a waste until you get your nutrition in place.
 
u dont think i could do it without test? is it just that much better? should i use test 250? how much will i need
 
Test is BEST. By a long shot.
Make sure you've done your homework before you commit to doing this. I agree w/ stillgoing make sure your nutrition is in check first of all. If youy haven't been training (correctly) for at least a year don't do gear. My personal preference for a first cycle is sust 250 mg per week for 8 wks. Of course the antis & post cycle recovery goods also.

Yeah, based on your stats and what I'm hearing on experience, I would go with test. Like SS said, go with 250mg per week for starters.....good luck....SG

get some sust 250 and take one amp a week (1cc) if u want go up to 500mg (2 amps) in the middle somewhere maybe week 4-5 and run like a 8-10week cycle with your stats that should put some good meat on your bones but like they have said its all about FOOD gotta eat right man and hit the gym hard!! or u r really wasting your time/money goodluck...
