Help me put an end to a local scammer !!! Need some help

Well story goes like this

My buddy met aguy online in a chat ended up tyalking about geer. He offered to sell him some so they met up and the geer is bunk.

We have his home phone number and he will not take any of teh unopned merchandise back. He has pretty much admitted he is selling bunk stuff to not only us but to many

The info I have is based on his GF since that who he lives with

His home phone,,,,,Its unlisted so i cant reverse look up

I have his Gf's previouse addy and her parents addy. I have tried to call and get their current addy butthe parents dont bite.

I need soeone in MA who can help

I also have the make and modell of his car which if anyone is with registry can track him down this way

Any help apprciated

but i know wher ethe car is registered.....f i can get a list of that model and make from that city and who there rgistered too I can nail him
