Here is a little background on myself. I am 21 I have been religiously lifting for 4 years I am 6'3 220 lbs I have a pretty good base down I'm prob 13-15% bf
I try to consume 3500-4500 calories a day of clean foods. I have never taken a cycle yet
Now I would like to know everything I would need to take for my first cycle ever. And when to start to take the pcts and so on.
Yes I am new to this so no need to jump all over me. Also I will do my own research after I have help from you guys narrowing it down. I'm aware that gear is no joke and I want to do it right and get the most out of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
