I don't understand what the hell is going on, I can't seem to drop any pounds. I've been trying to make gradual changes in my diet but it just does'nt seem to be working.

At any rate I'm fired up and ready to kick my own ass right now. Can someone please help me build a weekly eating schedule? I feel that I would benefit most from a no carb diet, mainly because I'm a diabetic and my body does'nt handle carbs well. Currently I don't have access to a kitchen as mine is being remodeled so I can't actually cook anything.

I just need some kind of eating plan I can go by from week to week. At this point if I have to drink protein shakes for breakfast then thats what I'll do, I'm done effing around.

Once I get a decent diet in place I'm going to workout like a demon. I'm tired of starting a workout plan only to give it up a couple of weeks later due to no results. I have got to lose this damn weight.

Please help me out with a few tips, I'm ready to change.

read Mr.x's KETO manuals, they should be at the top of the page.. If you have friends or relatives, see if you can borrow there kitchen to cook chicken and beef of the week... You will need a fridge to keep it all cold... If you have no kitchen access at all - order the foods from diners... Follow the diet manual to a t and you will lose weight. It is just that simple...

GOOD LUCK

I'm glad to see that you have make the right choice to start a long-term diet. Due to your diabetes, I would suggest a SKD for at least 8 weeks, before you start doing a CKD. SKD=ketosis w/o carbs, CKD=ketosis and carbups.

Use the ratios in the CKD manual that I have posted on TOP of the DIET board (STICKY), but drop the carbup. Instead of the carb-up day, I would suggest just using the 70%fat/30%protein ratios and start the cycle over. Read the manual, and you can download the CKD worksheet which will break all the ratios down for you into simple grams.
