I am now planning the details of coming off my first cycle. I want to do this correctly.



How long should last Test shot be before starting Clomid?

Many guys seem to say "wait X weeks after last shot before starting Clomid" .... The problem with that is that it does not take into account how MUCH Test you were taking.

Towards the end of this cycle I have been taking a small amount of Test per week (200 mg) for just "maintenance" while I run EQ/Winny for a while and cut up.

I am using the Roid Calculator at:

to determine how MUCH Test is actually in my system during this latter part of my cycle.

Anyway - how low should that Test level drop before it's time to start Clomid? Should I wait until the amount in my system drops to 200? 150? 100? (FYI, I am 37 years old, 208 lbs, about 9% BF)



How long should last EQ shot be before starting Clomid?

I have been on 400 mg/wk of EQ for a while. Since the Roid calc is really not applicable here - and since EQ isnt really something we are "replacing" in the system ....

How long after taking that last week of 400 mg of EQ should I wait to start Clomid?



Coming off of Winny

The last part of my cycle I am doing 50 mg/day of Winny.

I am assuming (tell me if I am wrong) that I must stop Winny when Clomid starts - I cant run it during Clomid therapy (is that true? If not - tell me).

How long after taking that last day of 50 mg of Winny should I wait to start Clomid?

BUT like I said, that not so much the point ....

The issue is not JUST that, its also HOW MUCH one is doing.

If I was doing 200mg/wk of Cyp - would that require that I wait the same amount of time to start Clomid as if I was doing 1,000 mg/wk?

I think not.

Towards the end of this cycle, I have been doing like only 200 mg/wk of Test.

Wait till everything is out of your system and do not stay on the winny or eq and think you are off. I know some people say that if you are on high anabolics like winny then your body's test production does not shut down. This is true but your body does not clean out. Make sure that everything is out of your system before taking the clomid and stay clean at least four weeks before starting again If you are on test cyp I believe your body should be clean two weeks after you final shot. It really does not matter how much a week you are taking, the drug still clears you body at the same rate so just start your clomid two weeks after your final shot and you will be fine. You do not have to be exact, you are worrying too much.

Still not getting anyone to really answer .... how long for the EQ? How long for the Winny?

Winny - 3 days after last dose
EQ - 3 weeks after last dose
Cyp -2 to 3 weeks after last dose.

So wait 3 weeks.

First off, IMO I don't think the transition from gear to Clomid needs to be clear cut. If you think so, then the real question is "What are the lowest levels of steroids needed before Clomid is started?"

For Test I would say approx 100mg to 50mg depending on your sensitivity. For EQ I'd say 50mg to 25mg and for Winny ~5mg. Again a clear transition is hard to predict, unless you know ho you react. Personnaly I'd simply start clomid near the end.
