i need y'alls help.. with pretty much everything... diet, training, and cycle that is...

in week 6 of cycle.. i'm currently on 600mg eq / wk and 50mg winny ed... my gains have been slow.. slow as fuck.. i've been gaining strength.. as expected.. and have dropped some bf%.. but muscle gains have been at a minimum since stopping the test and fina.. which were giving me gyno symptoms.. as i figured they would..

my diet has been in check for the past 3 weeks (since i got flamed to death)... consisting of salads w/ chicken, still a few turkey sandwiches, potatos, steak, protein shakes, fruits (apples and oranges), metrx bars, etc.. and at about 3000-3500 kcal / day.. and 200-250 gr protein daily...

training.. only been doing cardio 1-2/week.. and only for 15-25 min/session.. only been doing abs 1-2/week as well.. i don't do legs. and won't (except for the occasional leg ext. when the quads start lagging..).. as i'm gifted in legs.. and i've actually been reaching a state of symmetry recently.. with my upper body actually matching my legs.. training split was something like this:

dy1- chest/ ant+med delts
dy2 - cardio and abs
dy3 - back/traps/rear delts
dy4 - cardio and abs - MAYBE
dy5 - arms
dy6 - off
dy7 - repeat..

obviously 600mg eq and 50mg winny aint cutting it.. on top of that.. i think the fucking fina shut me down.. as i've lost my sex drive.. (although.. that could be just because the girl i'm dating aint all that... and i'm not really interested in her).. AND i strained my right pec two weeks in a row.. so i'm gonna take a week off and let it recuperate...

i'm at 205 or so... about 12% bf.. maybe 11.. i'd like to gain 5lbs of muscle... while dropping 10lbs of fat.. over the next 8 weeks... is it possible?

i have about 12cc ttokkyo eq left.. 200 ip var.. 30 ip winny.... got some proviron on the way... 40 clomid.. 65 or so nolvs...

i'm lookin at doing it like this (disregarding what i've done previously):

eq 400mg wks 1-6
winny 100mg wks 1-2
var 40mg wks 3-9
proviron 25mg wks 1-9
nolvs 20mg wks 1-9
creatine 10-15 grams daily
clomid wks 10-12

what do you guys think about that portion?



secondly... can you help a nigga out with his diet... i know what foods to eat and when to eat them.. (contrary to popular belief...) ... just suggest a calorie range and proper amount of protein... i can do the rest..



lastly.. training.. i respond best when i hit each bodypart every 4-6 days.. and i honestly don't need to do legs.. but i do need to up my cardio.. and my abs.. i'm ok when it comes to what and how to do all other exercises.. just need some training split recs.. but wouldn't mind hearing some more specific details on how/what/when to do cardio and abs...

any suggestions on any of these topics would be greatly appreciated.... please no flames.. as a brotha is just tryin to get his damn training/diet/cycle/body back in check..

how many cycles have u done in the past?? and what dosages?

maybe the gains stoped a little since u stoped the test and fina.

Everything looks good.

Except your fucking diet.

Diet is the key. Diet will MAKE or Break you, not the meds or your training. It's all Diet.

I doubt you weigh 100lbs to be eating just 200 grams of protein a day. My hermit crab can eat more protein than that.

Yes, it's possible to gain 5lbs of Muscle and LOSE 10lbs of fat, don't let any Fuckskull TurkeyNipple tell you it's not.

I wouldn't cut carbs TOO low, but I would cut them.

If I was you:

1) 1 cup Oatmeal/60 grams of WHEY immediatly upon waking up.
2) 1 cup BROWN rice/ 3 Grilled Chicken breasts/ 1 cup Green Veggies.
3) 1 cup BROWN rice/ 3 Grilled Chicken breasts/ 1 cup Green Veggies.
4) 8 - 10 oz of Turkey/lean Fish(Tuna)/ or Chicken, dump it all in a whole grain pocket Pita/ Large plain Salad

5) 10 oz London Broil Steak or 10 oz Salmon, 2 cups Veggies.
6) 2 cans of Albacore Tuna, Tablespoon of Safflower Oil Mayo, Onions.
7) 60 grams of Whey (or better yet a Protein blend (PRO-BLEND 55) ) / 1 Tablespoon of E.V. olive oil or Flax Oil.

You follow that diet to the motherfuckin BONE. and I fucking gaurentee in 6 weeks you will be Bench pressin Mr. Ferly and Mr. Angelino 44 x each.

max.. the gains have been almost nonexistent since stopping the test and fina... i figured i'd still get some decent gains from the eq and winny.. but i was wrong.. (actually.. i probably can.. just gotta get a lil more disciplined with everything else... diet/trng/etc)..

first cycle.. wasn't really a cycle.. included cyp/sust/sten/eq/deca at varying dosages over a 6 month period.. that was like 3 years ago.. i gained like 35lbs or so.. and kept like 15 or 20 of it...

last cycle.. was 500mg test/300mg/50mg winny... gained about 20-25lbs or so.. and only lost 5 of it immediately after.. but then started losing shit big time after being off everything for 7 weeks.. i mean i lost a ton of shit over a 3 week period..

anyway... i ended up running the winny at 50mg ed for 4 weeks past my last injection.. and was still getting gains up til i stopped it... that's why i figured i'd gain from the winny alone this time... guess not though..

that's what i needed was a diet plan all written out like so...

oh crap.. i just noticed.. you didn't mention what total caloric intake.. or total protein should be... what is that? about 3500 cals and 400gr protein?

what do you guys think of the proviron? will it be enough to bring back sex drive.. i'm sure i've seen 50mg/day mentioned.. but will 25mg have at least somewhat of an efffect?? that shit aint cheap..
 
You can't suck and blow at the same time. So Given where you are in your cycle though I would go to 300 - 350 grms of protein a day and up your cardio. to 3 times a week for 40 minutes a pop.


What are your goals on your next cycle since this one is going to be chalked up to a learning experience.

Trust me on that.
 
eh... it woulda been all good had the fina and test not reacted cataclysmically with my nipples.. everything woulda been gravy and i'd already be up 20 lbs or so... so you can't blame me.. blame my nipples.... and yes i had arimi and vitex on hand... and the fuckers were still acting up...

it's not all that bad.. i'm up 10lbs.. and my arms are up an inch... and i'm holding no water whatsoever at this point... if i get another 5 lbs of muscle and lose 10lbs of fat.... it'll be all good for me..
 
You should break up day one and day three. Do chest by itself and train your back by itself. Just my opinion. This really worked well for me.
