i need y'alls help.. with pretty much everything... diet, training, and cycle that is...
in week 6 of cycle.. i'm currently on 600mg eq / wk and 50mg winny ed... my gains have been slow.. slow as fuck.. i've been gaining strength.. as expected.. and have dropped some bf%.. but muscle gains have been at a minimum since stopping the test and fina.. which were giving me gyno symptoms.. as i figured they would..
my diet has been in check for the past 3 weeks (since i got flamed to death)... consisting of salads w/ chicken, still a few turkey sandwiches, potatos, steak, protein shakes, fruits (apples and oranges), metrx bars, etc.. and at about 3000-3500 kcal / day.. and 200-250 gr protein daily...
training.. only been doing cardio 1-2/week.. and only for 15-25 min/session.. only been doing abs 1-2/week as well.. i don't do legs. and won't (except for the occasional leg ext. when the quads start lagging..).. as i'm gifted in legs.. and i've actually been reaching a state of symmetry recently.. with my upper body actually matching my legs.. training split was something like this:
dy1- chest/ ant+med delts
dy2 - cardio and abs
dy3 - back/traps/rear delts
dy4 - cardio and abs - MAYBE
dy5 - arms
dy6 - off
dy7 - repeat..
obviously 600mg eq and 50mg winny aint cutting it.. on top of that.. i think the fucking fina shut me down.. as i've lost my sex drive.. (although.. that could be just because the girl i'm dating aint all that... and i'm not really interested in her).. AND i strained my right pec two weeks in a row.. so i'm gonna take a week off and let it recuperate...
i'm at 205 or so... about 12% bf.. maybe 11.. i'd like to gain 5lbs of muscle... while dropping 10lbs of fat.. over the next 8 weeks... is it possible?
i have about 12cc ttokkyo eq left.. 200 ip var.. 30 ip winny.... got some proviron on the way... 40 clomid.. 65 or so nolvs...
i'm lookin at doing it like this (disregarding what i've done previously):
eq 400mg wks 1-6
winny 100mg wks 1-2
var 40mg wks 3-9
proviron 25mg wks 1-9
nolvs 20mg wks 1-9
creatine 10-15 grams daily
clomid wks 10-12
what do you guys think about that portion?
secondly... can you help a nigga out with his diet... i know what foods to eat and when to eat them.. (contrary to popular belief...) ... just suggest a calorie range and proper amount of protein... i can do the rest..
lastly.. training.. i respond best when i hit each bodypart every 4-6 days.. and i honestly don't need to do legs.. but i do need to up my cardio.. and my abs.. i'm ok when it comes to what and how to do all other exercises.. just need some training split recs.. but wouldn't mind hearing some more specific details on how/what/when to do cardio and abs...
any suggestions on any of these topics would be greatly appreciated.... please no flames.. as a brotha is just tryin to get his damn training/diet/cycle/body back in check..
