hey guys heres my 10 wk cycle...first 2 wks sust- 500 then t200- 500 for the other 8 wks and deca-300 for all 10 ...wk 4 starts monday ...my supplements are multi,glutamine,protien shakes,
pantothentic acid,creatine,nolvadex 10mg eod,xenadrine for energy , training and diet is right my stats when i started were
5'5 168lbs 14% i havent wieghed myself yet ....i was wondering when this stuff is gonna kick in and what did people gain of similar cycle.....by the way i weighed 200 lbs last year i worked hard and researched alot before i started this one ..any opinions or tips welcomed....:google:
 
In all honesty it should have kicked in by now, and you seem pretty new to juice so those are pretty high doses. Your diet may not be what you think or you may have got bunk sh!t. You should make sure your eating at least 3-400g solid protein, but you could pack on about 25-30lbs. I'd invest in some ALA as well for your liver, has some good bonus effects as well. 1000-2000g ALA split between your meals. Where's your gear from, maybe you shoud post the brand+description to make sure it's real.If you feel nothing by the end of the 5th week it's prob crap. Post you gear and I'll try and help.
 
WHOH, Dude stop taking your nolva now. Use that only if u start to get gyno. It negate the effects of what u are doing. Who told u to run nolva concurrently with your cycle. Some peple need to research more before they start messing around with AAS. Other than that the cycle isn't too bad, I would try bumping the deca to 400mg a week. Also thet t200 isnt quite 200mg/cc and you won't get 10cc's out of that bottle. So u might want to get a hold of more gear and save those nolvas until you really need them!

my gear is not fake bro for sure.....and everyone says between 4-5 wks thats why im asking monday will be wk 4 i do feel a kind of pump and hard i guess ...and the nolva 10 mgs eod is a lil dose for water retention its not gonna hinder a crazy gain maybe 2-3 pnds of water unless you got some research bro dont repeat the monkey see monkey do stuff thats goes around on these boards please...lol... and also i went from 200 to 168 becuase i was crazy fat.. and my diet is right and i did research for a while again i havent weighed myself yet so im not complaining about weight its just asking when should it kick in and how do you feel when it hits???
