Help me! My body temp is ALWAYS LOW!!!

I use the old-school method of taking my temperature to monitor my reaction to thermogenics, whether they be ECA, T3 or Clen.

My concern is my temperature never gets high. It is usually around 96*F, sometimes 94-95*F, rarely is it ever 98+*F.

What the hell does this mean if anything???

You are either a reptile or your themometer is broken. j/k

I really don't know what it means. Maybe your blood is too thin? Do you feel cold all the time?

I feel pretty normal, not cold, in fact I actually feel hot most of the time. I have used 2 thermometers, both digital...I will get an old-school mercury and try again.
Additional input would be great til then.

Off cycle my BP is pretty low at 105/60. Hmmm.

Has it been this way your whole life?

I would ask a doc just to find out what it means. DocTodd on this board is very knowledgable, maybe ask him and see what he thinks.

No, but I haven't checked my temp in many years. It used to be ~normal.

I am looking for a a good sports-minded GP to start with. Interviewing Drs. Finding a doc I like ain't easy.

Thinking about it I have a few notable symptoms:
Low BP
Low body temp, despite feeling hot
Hypoglycemic frequently

Other than those I feel pretty normal, nothing major, no real concerns. For several years I have suspected that I am hypoglycemic or close to it. I gotta eat often or I get grumpy and light-headed.

I'm the same way. My temp is usually in the 97 range. But my BP is kinda high, 140/90. I asked the Doc why it was always low. He said that's just the way my body is. :O

Just considering the body temp issue, I thought my thyroid may be a little slow, but I do not get exactly fat easily-Considering my age (30), the amount I eat, and the cheating on my diet. So that doesn't seem likely to me. Although I have been below 10% in a couple years-by design.

jboldman-you mind explaining how you came up with your 'diagnosis'?

Thanks,
Rugger
