Ok help me here. I am currently 198lbs and probably 10-12%. I am doing a high protien diet with low carbs and fat. I was wondering where my carbs need to be for the day.
Right now the only carbs I am getting are from the milk I take my protien shakes with. The protien shakes also have carbs. Its not a lot and my body is pissed off at me right now. Hopefully it will readjust and be fine. I have thought about starting to have a bowl of grits in the morning. What do you think? Help me out man. I want to get as pretty lean by late March..so its not a huge rush.
