Help me Mr. X or anyone!

Ok help me here. I am currently 198lbs and probably 10-12%. I am doing a high protien diet with low carbs and fat. I was wondering where my carbs need to be for the day.

Right now the only carbs I am getting are from the milk I take my protien shakes with. The protien shakes also have carbs. Its not a lot and my body is pissed off at me right now. Hopefully it will readjust and be fine. I have thought about starting to have a bowl of grits in the morning. What do you think? Help me out man. I want to get as pretty lean by late March..so its not a huge rush.

cal between 2100-2400 should be sufficient, cycle them daily

EX
day 1: 2100
2: 2300
3: 2400
4: 2200

etc.

That all depends, you can go for 20-30% carbs
so that would be about 150-200 carbs a day

Ok let me get this straight. Getting in 150-200g of carbs a day wouldnt hinder the cutting process? I am also lifting 4 days a week and about to start cardio 3-4 times a week.

On a second note, what kind of carbs would be the best to take(examples) and when should I take them? I have some grits. How are those?

Don't be sorry, there is nothing to be sorry about, I do this to help :)

No, eating 150-200g carbs a day would not kill you.

Let's assume weight x11 daily caloric intake (~2200 cal a day for you)
40%protein/30%carbs/30%fat
=>per day: 220g protein/165g carbs/73g fat

Good sources of carbs: green veggies/yams/sweet potatos/brown rice/pasta/oatmeal

OK Mr X I went out and got some ravioli that has 32g of carbs per serving(2 servings) and only 4g/serving are sugar carbs. I am also getting a 9g or protien/serving. Is this ok and when is the best time of the day to eat the ravioli?

There is no best time, whenever you need to forfill your ratios, eat.....
