help me id this test

it is in a clear amp, has yellow liquid. has black writing and has a blue ring around the neck. says testosterone en.250mg

the rest is in what looks like persian. The typr is directly on the amp and i can scratch it off

its from a good source but there is no brand on the bottle(in english anyways), and I can sctrach off the etching.
