right ok, the past 4 months i have done much more than weights, then drinking, then drink, then drink a little more then weights. i have seen myself go out 4 days a week getting hammerd every time. and my work have noticed it as well, they have mentioned it. i have lost a lot of muscle too, because of the beer, it has put about an inch on my waist. dont get me wronge, i have made so many friends, and i have been getting a lot more sex aswell. but im not shure im that happy with it. and now im saving up for a holiday in september. but i have spent half my wages this week , on booze and my car... what can i do? anyhelp on cutting back, and saving money ?
