help me, gf having an issue

my girlfriend is taking need to slin and adderlin for fat loss. recently she has developed a small lump under her nipple, and also developed a couple small brown spots on her breast any idea as to what this could be?

the brown spots are probably exposure to the sun. dunno what the lump is. maybe a cyst? skin cancer? breast cancer? could be a number of things.

Well I'm an extremist and my dad is a doc who says if a woman has a lump in breast treat it as breast cancer and go to docs immediately

Nobody on here is diagnosing her with breast cancer. No disrespect to you or the op. By what the op said they're giving their opinions. Thats part of what this site is for. I'm sure they didn't mean any disrespect. Not even a dr can diagnose over the internet without tests being done.
