Help me find this rap artist

On South park, episode 702 (the episode where Timmy & Jimmy join the Crips), there is a rap artist who does a couple of songs, one where Jimmy & Timmy are walking to the 7-11 and another at the rec center. Normally i hate rap but this guy isn't bad.

Some of the lyrics are something like

"but fightin is for chumps, didn ya know, in the nine yo, its all about that fo fo. and cant stop it with bad apples in the bunch"

"avoid a slaughter....break you off somethin"

I have to give credit where it is due that was funny. I still consider rap a tool of the recording industry with no musical roots whatsoever. Props to spentagn.
