Help me end this Cycle Sus, Eq, win

Just finished my last EQ shot (week 12) I know I should wait 3 weeks to take my clomid. I'm still planning on doing winny 3 more weeks, can I do clomid while on winny. I also have HCG if necessary when should I take the HCG.

Cycle: Sustanon 250mg week 1-10
Eqipoise 400mg week 1-12
Winstrol 60mg ed week 6-16
Nova 20mg ed 1-16

This is 3rd cycle and it was great, lots of definition.

Stop the winny at week 14. Start taking 500ius of HCG ED for 10-14 days. 5 days after last shot of HCG, start your clomid. I would jump on some ALA and tylers liver factors as 8 weeks of winny is pretty harsh. I would also add .5mg of arimidex ED from weeks 15 to 20.
