Help me diagnose my injury!!!

i'm going to go someone in a few days, but i'm just curious what people think.

the problem is with my knee. something "gave out" quite suddenly when I was just walking a few weeks ago. the pain was so significant that i could put NO weight on my leg, and my first thought was, "oh fuck, i think i just tore my ACL." after about 2-3 days, the pain dissapated and it felt sort of like patellar tendonitis, but more acute. but then i started trying to run and do plyos for my training and now it hurts like fuck again.

the pain is posterior exclusively. i've ruled out ACL, MCL, PCL, lateral and medial miniscus. the pain is acute and feels like it is originating either very low on the kneecap or behind the low portion of the kneecap.

could it be a partial detatchment of my patellar tendon from the kneecap? i can manipulate the kneecap with no pain. only direct pressure to the point low on the kneecap causes the pain.

is there a bursa sac BEHIND the knee? if so, can the pain be acute?

if you solve the mystery correctly (i'll report back after I see someone) you win a prize. :)

Could be calcium deposits or bone chips behind the knee cap that is making your knee track wrong. Over time, it can become painful. Should be correctable by physical therapy. Assuming thats what it is.
