Help me design a Quality MRP - New Product

I would like everyones help designing a mix of protein, low fat carbs for a MRP. The ratios per 100grams would look something like this: 50g protein, 40g carbs, low fat.

Now, The biggest problem for me is the carbs. I do not like to use fructose so what else is there as good carbs for a MRP drink.

Note: This is for a new product coming up so oatmeal = no no..
The protein comes from Casein/Whey and the carbs, don't know yet but hope you can help me out here.

The carbs need to be low GI and easy to mix, just like fructose.

Hmm, why not make them hi GI and sell them to gyms and such (along with some good advertising signs and stuff to make them seem like a gift from god) so people will buy them post workout?

At my gym, a LOT of people actually buy the premade bottled stuff cause they are on the go and "lazy" if you will. Of course you can always do both..hi gi version and low gi version to sell in supermarkets and such.

These will be for people that does not have the time or energy to eat real food turing the day(of course, that's the hole deal with MRP's). We already have a "gainer" and a MRP, but need make a MRP without the fructose but still low GI carbs.
