help me design a cycle (hypothetically)

OK, I am 34, 5'8" and 136 lbs and 8% body fat. I have a really fast metabolism that makes it extremely difficult for me to gain weight. I am small boned and wiry with decent strength for my size (I can bench press my own weight with no problem and do 60 pushups in a minute).

My ATTEMPTED diet (see my other thread about SSRI's) is like this: 3 eggs in the morning along with a one-a-day, one 1,850 calorie weight-gainer shake (74 g protein) spread out throughout the day, 2 chicken+cheese sandwiches, a yogurt, a cup of pudding, and an apple for lunch, and a varied 700 to 900 calorie dinner.

I work out every morning cycling through muscle groups every day. One morning I'll work on my chest and biceps, the next I'll work on my triceps, lats, trapezium, and rhomboids, the next day I'll work on my legs and stay away from upper body altogether, etc. I have to be careful with my back because I have a problem with my rhomboids and trapezium knotting up with overuse and then I'm in pain for 2 weeks. My physical therapist tells me the only way to put an end to that is to build up those muscles. That's one reason I'm considering steroids. I need to build those muscles up the quicker the better. I know that steroids are not magic pills that will do it for me with no work on my part but they will help me help myself.

OK, that's all my information. Keep in mind this is all theoretical right now. I don't have any steroids and don't really know how to get them anyway at this point. I'm just looking at options.

I would like to gain 20 or 30 pounds of good lean mass with the simplest cycle I can. I am completely new to this so don't suggest a 14 week cycle with 65 different drugs. I have no desire to damage my health.:D I have read that dbol/deca cycles work miracles....

I eat as much as you in one sitting 6-8 times a day - if I am trying to put on weight. Sounds to me like you need get your diet and training in line before considering AAS.

Thanks Nautica. I know I need to eat more. I'm working on that but these damn SSRI's are killing my appetite. Do you have any suggestions or comments on my training schedule?

Nautica- I just re-read your post. I counted all the calories of my lunch including the bread, chicken, cheese, yogurt, pudding, and apple and it comes to around 900 calories. Just that, the 1,850 calorie shake, and a 700 to 900 calorie dinner comes to 3,450 to 3,650 calories not even counting the 3 eggs for breakfast. Just how much am I supposed to be eating???

Also, if you eat 6 to 8 times that than you are consuming 20,700 to 27,600 calories a day! Holy shit!! You must be huge:D .

Go to the diet board, there are some good posts on eating to put on weight. Also try getting protein intake somewhere aroung 200 to 300 grams a day. Eat until you almost puke and then eat somemore.

yea, bro you don't understand how diet works. check the diet board and get your diet down before the juice.
