OK my stats, 185lbs / 10% bf / 6 ft
Cycle Histories 1st 10 weeks 250 sust, 200 deca weekly
2nd. 20 weeks 400mg EQ weekly, 25mg winny weeks 15-23
3rd. 8 weeks 40mg anavar, 50mg winny daily
Long Term Goal: 205 lbs with @ 10% or lower
Proposed 4th cycle: 1-16 600mg EQ each week .... should I go 800mg?
1-8 50mg anavar each day
13-19 50mg winny each day
Ok heres the deal. I am going for LEAN MASS only, I want to slap on some pounds, but keep my abs, and not go above 10%. Will upping the EQ to 800 make a noticeable difference from 600? Or should I stay with 600?
*Side note, I am limited in my gear choices, because a good chunk of my income is from modelling. So no Acne / Bloat. So no Test / Deca / Fina
