**Been training since i was 13**
**Diet is 4000-5000 clean cals a day**
**Been waiting patiently to do this cycle, had to get my diet consistent first**
I have done 3 cycles already halo, super d, and a bombs in that order, but this time i really want to make sure i do the cycle right and the results last, im looking for something inbetween massing out and leaning out my goal is to get about 8-10% body fat at about 195-200 lbs which is achevable with the diet and work out plan i have set up but i want to add a cycle that will help me out, so please help me build a cycle and spell out all everything because im not familiar with all these acronyms and help as to where i can get what i need
